It is Emotions felt as stress.
The emotions themselves are neither good nor bad.
Staying with one emotion, energy stops flowing and stagnation is often stressful.
The course is an experiment to see the extent to which emotional release can occur through words alone.
Mr. Ishimaru has tried so many methods and he is teaching us the essence and the best techniques and the simplest ones and the ones that are most effective in the shortest time. And something that can be learnt easily without any deep practice. So let’s take advantage of his life long learning.
